Supplemental Index Ratio Calculator For Google Site Search

Francesco Mapelli has launched a new SEO tool called the Supplemental Index Ratio Calculator which allows site owners to check the percentage of pages from their site that are included in the Google Supplemental Index.

Google’s supplemental index used to be finding out which pages on your own site needed some extra SEO effort. The pages are considered supplemental results and returned in SERPs only if there are no pages from the main index matching the given search term(s).

Supplemental Index Ratio Calculator uses a normal Google site search (with &filter=0 ) to find how many pages are in the total index (main + supplemental).

The ratio tells you percentage of pages indexed from your website are supplemental results. The lower your Supplemental Index Ratio is, the better.
