Irrelevant Reciprocal Links - Potential get penalties from search engine especially Google if reciprocal links come from the adult sites. You should build the link based on popularity site.

Google’s supplemental index used to be handy for finding out which pages on your own site were doing poorly and needed some extra SEO effort. Pages that are in the supplemental index are placed because they are trusted less. Since they are crawled less frequently and have less resources diverted toward them, it makes sense that Google does not typically rank these pages as high as pages in the regular search index.
