Reasons to Resign

Most of the people encountered in the situation whereby they need to resign from current position. There are predominant reasons for someone to quit from the job and tender the resignation. Many of us might discovered that the staff or employee’s turn-over are very common & fast in certain developed country especially when the economy is boom. However if the economy in crisis situation, the turn over of employee will be slowdown. But why employee choose to quit instead of stay in the same company for longer time? The followings is a list of reasons:-
- Not satisfy with the current salary pay.
- Slow increment in total basic salary.
- Too much workload allocated by superior.
- Employee too stress in handling non-stop challenges issues.
- Not satisfy with superior style in managing staff.
- The job or workplace was not as expected.
- There was a mismatch between the job and the employee.
- The employee was receiving too little feedback or coaching.
- The employee discovered too few growth opportunities.
- The employee felt devalued and unrecognized.
- The employee was stressed by overtime without compensation.
- The employee loses trust in senior leadership.
