When we start our blogging website, usually we are curious and would like to track how many people visit our blog. We also would like to know what are the trends, page views, where the vistor come from and other statistics features to track our blog traffic.

    AWStats is a open source product, that parses your apache log files, if you have access to them. Updates in real time, although a bit of technical knowledge required.

    Technorati and Blog Juice are also worth a look at.
